Applying for a rental
Applying for one of our rentals is easy!
Each adult (18 years and older) will need to complete an application.
Applications will be processed once we receive your application fees. Please submit a non-refundable processing fee of $40.00 with each application. Once we receive payment we will begin processing your application.
Applications can be paid in person, at our office (please make appointment with Sally) via cash or check.
Applications can be paid online via credit card. Please make sure to note the names on the application(s) when you checkout.
